Residing in Newcastle, NSW, Julia enjoys the privilege of being near both breathtaking beaches and the scenic Hunter Valley, celebrated for its exceptional wineries.

This distinctive landscape inspires Julia to capture and express the spirit of both the Australian coast and countryside through her photography and fine art prints.

“We all have a place that evokes a deep sense of calm, connection, and belonging. For some, their place will be the vastness of country landscapes, bathed in sunlight. For others, the salty air and pensive magnetism of the ocean.

Maybe it’s the promise held in the glow of a sunrise and the saltwater in my veins, but nature stirs my heart, inspires my imagination, and warms my soul.

For me, whether in a well-worn pair of work boots in a horse paddock, or barefoot on a beach – to escape and observe in nature – that’s home.

I have loved the experience of creating these images, and hope that they resonate, hold meaning, and transport you to your place of stillness and calm.”
